How much do you charge? top
Please, remember
that you pay a flat fee. There are NO additional
charges for extra passengers (up to 6 passengers),
NO extra charge for airport pickups and
NO extra charge for late airplane arrival.
We track all flights online.
We have a list of prices to the Hotels and
Resorts we service the most.
Please note: Quotes are per party (up to
6 passengers) not per person. However, there
are over 1000 hotels in Myrtle Beach and

How can I pay for the Shuttle service? top
You may pay
the driver directly on the day of travel.
Our drivers only accept cash. You may also
prepay online. We accept all major credit
and debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal
accounts. Please, fill out the reservation
form and choose a preferred payment type.
If you would like to pay by 'Credit card'
we will e-mail you a link for the payment.
We do not accept credit card payments over
the phone.
* Fares over
$80 (Airport dropoff only) have to be prepaid.

Do I have to pay extra for Airport pickups?

NO. There are no
extra Airport fees. You pay one flat rate
from the Myrtle Beach Airport to your hotel.

What if my flight arrives late? Do I have
to pay extra? top
We do NOT charge
extra for our waiting time. We track all
flights online. |

Would you take care of my transportation
needs while I'm in Myrtle Beach?

We will take care
of all your transportation needs while you
are in Myrtle Beach. We service Broadway
at the Beach, all golf courses, attractions,
shows, etc. |

Can you arrange pickup from the hotel
to the Airport? top
Yes. When it is time
to leave Myrtle Beach please give us a call
at (843) 444-1144 and we will pick you up
from your hotel and take you to the Myrtle
Beach Airport. You can also make a reservation
online. |

Are you 24/7 transportation service? top
Our service is 24/7.

Do you work on a shared ride basis ? top
No. We assign a
different shuttle for each party that books
with us. We take you from your starting
point to your destination without stopping. |

How do I change my reservation? top
If you would
like to modify your reservation the first
step to take is to cancel
the reservation you have made with us.
Next, fill out
a new reservation
form with the modified information and
send it to us. We will send you a confirmation
as soon as we receive it. |

11.
How do I cancel my reservation? top
To cancel your
reservation you need to fill out a cancellation
form. If you have prepaid with a credit
card and cancel your reservation within
12 hours of the pickup time, you will
be billed the entire cost for the ride.
However, if you are only canceling your
old reservation in order to make a new
one, you won't be penalized for the cancellation
and the amount you have prepaid will go
toward the new reservation.
Please, remember
to fill out a new reservation
form if the reason for canceling is a
change in your plans, day or time of travel,
airline, etc. |

12.
Where is your driver going to wait for
me at the Airport? top
We meet our customers
at the Visitor Center which is just across
from the baggage claim. When you see our
driver at the airport, he is going to be
holding a sign with your last name, hotel
destination and additional information on
it. He is going to help you find your luggage
and carry it for you to the shuttle. That
is our 100% guarantee. Our customer service
is second to none. |

Does the service charge include gratuity?

Gratuity is not
part of the quoted fare. Tips are optional,
not mandatory. However, it is a customary
part of travel etiquette to offer gratuity
for good service. A 15 to 20 percent gratuity
is appreciated by a driver who provides
good service. |

14.
What is your cancellation policy for credit
card payments? top
We understand and
believe that, unexpected or emergency situations
may arise and you have to change your travel
plans. Considering that in mind, we keep
our cancellation policy very simple.
Reservations must be cancelled 12 hours
or more prior to your scheduled pickup time
to qualify for a refund. Cancellations can
be made by filling our cancellation
form or by calling our main office at (843)
444-1144 between the hours of 8:00 am and
8:00 pm ET
If you have prepaid with a credit card and
cancel your reservation within 12 hours
of the pickup time, you will be billed the
entire cost for the ride. However, if you
are only canceling your old reservation
in order to make a new one, you won't be
penalized for the cancellation and the amount
you have prepaid will go toward the new
reservation.

We will not refund payment, if cancelled
less than 12 hours notice prior to pickup
time or in the event of no show.
